STEP 1:

Open your MySejahtera Application. You can see the homepage of MySejahtera Application.

STEP 2:

At top of the homepage, you can see icon "syringe" and be title as "COVID-19 Vaccination". Click that icon.

STEP 3:

Then, click the fisrt top which is "Vaccine for (YOUR NAME).

STEP 4:

Check your Name and IC/Passport No. and if right, verify it by click the "comfirm" button.

STEP 5:

Read the information provide and fill the needed questions. Lastly, click the "send" button. Now, you successfully, register.

STEP 1:

You can go to top of this website and click the "REGISTER NOW". It will bring you to the official Malaysia Vaccine website: www.vaksincovid.gov.my

STEP 2:

Fullfill the blank and you can submit. Then, you successfully register for vaccine covid-19. You can check for the appointment and the botton "check".
